Six engagements, what the client needed, what we ran and what came out of it. Every figure comes from the engagement itself or from verified Upwork records; clients are named only with permission.

Booking Seminar Seats That People Actually Showed Up To
Client: US company running in-person sales seminars
The challenge
The client sold through in-person seminars, so a booking only had value if the guest walked through the door. Their previous setters were paid on bookings and the rooms stayed half-empty.
What we ran
A dedicated team that grew to 20 agents, working the client's lists on US hours and measured on arrivals, not on the number of seats booked. Confirmation calls, reminder sequences and a weekly QA card built around whether the guest understood what they had agreed to attend. The campaign ran for 16 active months over roughly two years; the client paused it and then restarted it with the same team.
What it taught us
Paying and coaching setters on attendance rather than bookings changes who you hire, how you confirm, and what a good call sounds like.
Around one in four booked guests walked into the room
A 22-Agent Closing and Live-Transfer Team for an Insurance Client
Client: US insurance agency
The challenge
The client needed more licensed-agent time spent talking to ready prospects and less spent dialling. Volume alone would not do it; transfers had to be warm and correctly qualified or the closers stopped trusting them.
What we ran
Nexus-Tel built and managed a 22-agent team split between front-end callers producing live transfers and agents working the closing side. Qualification criteria were written with the client, every agent was scored weekly against them, and scores were shared with the client in the same week.
What it taught us
That result was not a cheap-labour outcome. It came from selection, training and a QA loop the client could see.
9 of the client's top 10 agents company-wide came from our floor
Filling a Calendar That Kept Going Empty
Client: US real estate business
The challenge
Inconsistent appointment flow. Some weeks the calendar was full, others it was empty, and the closing team could not plan around it.
What we ran
A dedicated appointment-setting team working the client's market on a fixed daily cadence, with qualification criteria agreed up front and reporting from day one.
What it taught us
Consistency is the product. The closers could staff and plan because the volume stopped swinging.
300+ qualified appointments booked every month
A 12-Agent Acquisitions Team Across Texas, Florida and Atlanta
Client: US real estate investment group
The challenge
The client acquired properties directly from owners and needed a steady flow of motivated-seller conversations across three markets at once.
What we ran
A 12-person acquisition calling team run by Nexus-Tel, working owner lists in Texas, Florida and the Atlanta area on US hours, handing qualified sellers to the client's acquisition managers.
What it taught us
Multi-market campaigns work when each market has its own list hygiene, script variant and reporting line.
Approximately 70 properties closed from the team's conversations
Scaling an SEO Sales Team to 15
Client: Digital marketing / SEO company
The challenge
The client needed to scale outbound fast without the hiring, training and management load of building the team in-house.
What we ran
A 15-agent dedicated outbound team recruited, trained and managed by Nexus-Tel, working inside the client's CRM and reporting on qualified opportunities rather than dials.
What it taught us
Outbound scales when the qualification bar is written down and the team is measured against it.
$5M+ in client revenue driven by a 15-person team
A Call Center Contract Built on Trust
Client: US roofing company
The challenge
The client needed a reliable calling partner for a fixed-scope call center project and had been let down before.
What we ran
A fixed-price call center engagement delivered end to end by Nexus-Tel, contracted and reviewed on Upwork.
What it taught us
Fixed-scope work rewards clear reporting. The client always knew what had been done that week.
$82,988 fixed-price engagement, verified on Upwork
